How can I prevent users from using the attachment feature altogether in a sheet?

Hi, We have created a form where colleagues need to add email requests as attachments. We can add them if we save the emails elsewhere first, but cannot drag and drop the emails direct from Outlook into the form. Is there something I need to do to allow this? Any help is appreciated Thanks Gav

Box has a great feature where you can send an email to a specific box email account, and it will automatically put the attachments into the folder associated with it. It would be great if we could email a designated smartsheet email, and have it automatically add a line to a sheet with the attachment or content included.…
