Every time I clear my cookies/cache I can no longer mail merge with Google Docs using Smartsheet. I have to reach out to support every time and they take weeks to months to get back to me. I have tried re-authenticating but it does not work. Does anyone have a fix for this?

When using automation to request for update, how can I know when the form was updated? One way is to compare timestamps, but Smartsheet only have the default Modified timestamp and Automation Record Date only captures the Date value.
