Report showing sheets I've shared and to whom
Our team is fulling engaged in using - and sharing - Smartsheets. The reporting capabilities are terrific. What formula do I use to count how many times a name shows up in a column? For example: I have a column titled "Last Name" I need to keep a running count of how many times "Smith" shows up in this column.
Feature Request: Expanding Notification selection(On specific contact list selection)
In the future it would be nice if it would be possible to send a notification email to for example a developer if a help desk ticket was given to him to fix for example.
Logo becomes low resolution when exporting to PDF
I changed the logo in my account settings to a high resolution .png of our own logo. However, when I export my sheet to a pdf and ticking off to include the logo, it shows in low resolution which looks highly unprofessional. I am pretty sure that my file is not causing this problem. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Smartsheet for Outlook: What if we want to add a row in a specific spot?
I have a sales pipeline sheet that is organized by month, so new rows going automatically to the bottom of the sheet (under december) would not be ideal. Say I had an opportunity for June, how would I insert a new row in there from my Outlook?
