Feature Request: Expanding Notification selection(On specific contact list selection)

In the future it would be nice if it would be possible to send a notification email to for example a developer if a help desk ticket was given to him to fix for example.

    We don't currently have a way to set up conditional reminders (reminders that are only sent when certain conditions are met) but we are tracking feedback from our users who are looking for this type of functionality in Smartsheet. I've added your vote to support it in a future release to our Enhancement Request list. We appreciate your feedback!

     

    For now, a workaround we often suggest is to create a new date column in your sheet called "Reminder Date". Then, enter a formula on each row within the column to insert a date only when a certain condition is met (such as a the status not being "Complete"). You can then set up your Reminders to be generated based on dates in this new column.     Thank you for your feedback. It is by no means an urgent request, for now I have simply used the work around that a column gets a default value in the webform which will then trigger the reminder email.
