Logo becomes low resolution when exporting to PDF

I changed the logo in my account settings to a high resolution .png of our own logo. However, when I export my sheet to a pdf and ticking off to include the logo, it shows in low resolution which looks highly unprofessional.

I am pretty sure that my file is not causing this problem.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi Evamb! I reached out to you via email as well, but wanted to follow up here in case anyone else is experiencing this in their PDFs.Β

When printing sheets with logos, the logo will display with a lower resolution due to the way that our system prepares the PDF. I've added your vote for higher resolution on print outs to our enhancement request list--we appreciate your input!

In the meantime, we recommend building the logo to 200Γ—60 before it is imported to Smartsheet so that no resizing has to happen after import.
