Report showing sheets I've shared and to whom
Our team is fulling engaged in using - and sharing - Smartsheets. The reporting capabilities are terrific. But I am trying to locate (unsuccessfully) if there is a way to run a report on all the sheets I have shared and, specifically, to whom I have shared all those sheets. Rather than clicking on each sheet separately and looking to see who has access, is there a report I can run to return:
1. A list of my shared sheets, and
2. The names of those I have shared each of the sheets to?
Thanks!

If you use workspaces, you can download a Workspace Sharing Report (standard function). This includes all the sheets, type, sheet owner and who it has been shared too and permissions. This makes it very easy to manage.
If you don't use that, you need to do it per sheet.

Hi Pam -- If you are a SysAdmin on a Team or Enterprise account, you can also download a Sheet Access Report from the User Management panel. You'll want to go to Account > Account Admin > User Management > More Actions > Download Sheet Access Report.
This will include all of the information you are looking for--a Excel file that lists all sheets owned by licensed users in your account, as well as the users shared to each sheet. You can filter this worksheet for your email address to return on the sheets you own. If you're not a SysAdmin, you can ask a SysAdmin on your account to download this sheet for you. Hope that helps!

Pam,
As Kennedy said, the "Sheet Access Report" is better way to go...... But also, you can see those sheets "Shared to You" by going to "Home", then in the left column, go all the way to the bottom below Sheets and Workspaces and Look for "More". It will show you a quick list of Sheets you Own and Sheets Share to You.
See below..

Thank you all. I think the sheet access report is the way we will go. I know we can see each sheet by click on it, but if I want to know which sheets "Sue Smith" has access to, the report seems easiest. I appreciate everyone's suggestions!
