Is this a brand new Smartsheet program?
The Champions program was launched in 2022.
How are members selected?
Community members must be a Leader or Ambassador rank in order to be eligible to join the Champion program. They can then apply to join during the annual application period, and the Community team will do a final review before making final offers.
Q) How long is the tenure of a Smartsheet Community Champion?
A)There is no set timeline, and Champions can leave upon request.
Is the group available to global members?
Absolutely. Smartsheet is global, as is our Community.
What is expected of a Community Champion?
We ask for continued participation in the Community and in the dedicated group while reflecting Smartsheet values in all interactions. We will provide consistent publicity opportunities, like being a Member Spotlight or recommending someone else for one, being featured on social media, or speaking at events, but these are always up to the individual's bandwidth.
How big will the class be? When are new members inducted?
WhatEach new class added to the group is a maximum of 20. Members are inducted annually following ENGAGE in Seattle. does this action do? Describe the value to your community members.
How is this different from the Smartsheet Overachievers?
This program is dedicated to the Community platform and the goals outlined above. You will have opportunities to interact with Community Ranks (Leaders and Ambassadors), as well as our other Community Customer Programs (Overachievers and Overachievers Alumni). Note: Partners and consultants are eligible to become Community Champions, but are not eligible for Overachievers
