How to count visible rows in a sheet?

I am wondering how I can count how many rows there are in a sheet. The sheet has a number of people, and I've filtered it to only show the rows that have me assigned. I can manually count the rows one by one but there are dozens, if not hundreds. Is there a way to just see how many rows are visible?

I see that there are formulas to put info about the sheet into a cell, but I don't need to have it in a cell. I just want to go, "Okay, I've got 112 rows to get through today" or something like that.

I tried the obvious: Highlight and right click…nothing showed. I tried to see in the corners, margins, etc if there's info. It has total spreadsheet info but not the visible stuff assigned to me.

Hi,

If you have a field that always has data, you can count the visible rows by selecting the column and checking the right bottom side for the number.
