I create hundreds of Salesforce campaigns every month. I do not have the authority to upload an excel sheet and IT takes far too long to do it. So we purchased the connector, thinking this would save me a lot of manual campaign creation.
But it's not doing what we'd hoped. It was our understanding that to create a workflow, a person needs to be an admin on both systems. But in day to day use I (Smartsheet admin + Connector admin) could create campaigns and they would sync to SF. However, this is not happening in our test. Only the person with Salesforce admin rights can get it to happen.
Anyone else experience this or have thoughts?
