I'm having trouble creating and managing forms on a trial license

I am trying to demo some things for my new company and convince them to get some Business plan licenses. When trying to create a form I'm getting the "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now" error message. According to the FAQs, I should be able to create a form, I just can't publish it - meaning only I can see it under my login, right? This happens on any browser.

This has now been resolved! You should be able to create and edit forms while on a Trial. 🙂

With the new Form version recently released. There have been some issues, so this might be connected.

I'll check a trial on my side and get back to this post.

I'm getting the same error message when I try to create a new form, but I can still open an existing one. (If I try to edit, I get an error

Have you tried adding one of the available templates as a workaround?

I was able to create a form a few days ago on the same trial license but then could not edit it or create a new one when I tried yesterday. I downloaded a template that included a form, however I cannot edit that form or create a new one for that sheet. And without a paid license, I can't open a case with support.

@Arsineh or @Alison C. Could you help get this reported to support as an issue? Thanks
