Can you help me understand why the first form submission came in on Row 5 instead of Row 1 and how I can avoid this in the future?

Finding source sheet being updated by a form
A form created by an ex employee is still being used by our field team. The sheet it feeds may have a different name because I can't find find it using the search function. How else can I find the sheet related to the form?

Amount field in Smartsheet Form should use proper separators
