No Longer Licensed User

I have an employee that was a licensed user and decided to pull the license and give it to someone else. I would like to give that employee View access (the one we removed their license from) but when they were a licensed user they created sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.

I moved everything that they created over to me as the owner, which I am a licensed user. When I change the users permissions to View access, dashboards stop working.

What am I missing?

Is it the entire dashboard that won't work? All widget types? Or are only Reports not working right?

If it's only Reports; the Report widget type has a setting for perspective that may need to be adjusted. "Last widget editor" is the default and most commonly used. With that setting, the user does not require access to the underlying sheets. With "Their own perspective" the user will require access to the underlying sheets.

Where do I find the picture you have above? Do I have to click on each report?

Yes, you click on each Report when the Dashboard is in edit mode.
