Integration between Smartsheet and Docusign.

I have a large Credit & Collections document.

As you can see, that data is going to both Monday and Tuesday columns. If I were to map the entire document, the date would file the document.

Any ideas how I can match the date to one column?

I may not be following your question correctly, but I'm going to try..

My first thought was, could you use a Report to present this data rather than what appears to be another sheet, just formatted differently?

Have you considered using Approval workflows from your source sheet to get the appropriate sign-off rather than rebuilding the whole data set in a different format?

Both of these thoughts may not apply or be helfpul in your situation, but could be something to consider.

Regarding your specific questions;
Is your input sheet always going to have same layout? What I mean is, will Monday's date always be [Summary Date]1, Tuesday's [Summary Date]3, and so on? If so, you can try and use cell linking to pull the data from the appropriate spot into your Credit & Collections document. It seems now you are only making a general reference to the column header, but you need to specify the exact source of the data or you will just end up repeating the same data throughout.

Disclaimer; my company doesn't have any of the extra addons, so there is very likely to be a much simpler / less tedious way to do this that I am just not aware of.
