Smartsheet - Salesforce Connector - Filter question

I'm looking to pull through data from SFDC into Smartsheet however only for a handful of clients. I can get the below to work:

However when I try the below, to add another client, it breaks:

I've also tried 'client a; client b' and it doesn't work either.

Hoping someone can help!

I see what you are trying to do. The problem is the filters only check a single static value in that field for all records. You can't add conditional logic to the filter. So when you enter 'client a; client b', it's checking all clients with 'client a; client b' in the account name, which is probably none of them.

To filter through your variety of hand-picked clients, you'll probably need new field in Salesforce to label them. You could call it "Connected to Smartsheet," for example. Or, you'll want to filter them out some other way that isn't by name only.

Or, pull in every client anyway, but set a filter in the sheet to only show the ones you care about. But that might not work if you have a lot of accounts.

Firstly, I just wanted to thank you for your response. You're last point helped a lot, and I managed to get it to work by using other fields and filtering down the load from SFDC to Smartsheet, and then just ran a report on the data in Smartsheet to filter it down to exactly what we needed.
