We have a form that includes a dropdown for a list of counties in Florida (single-select). My colleagues have mentioned that form submissions are coming through with the incorrect "county" dropdown option selected (all coming through as "Flagler" county). I initially assumed it was user error since the county being displayed was, indeed, selected by the form user, according to the cell history. However, a number of submission 20+ have come through with the incorrect county, all listed as "Flagler." "Flagler" is not listed as the default, and I find it odd that this many people would "accidentally" be selecting "Flagler" instead of their correct county (some of which are 100+ miles from Flagler County). Any idea why this could be happening? There are no workflows/automation set up that would change the county name, and, again, this looks to be happening when the form user submits the form. Are there any browsers or mobile devices that could cause this? I am perplexed.
Thank you!
Megan
