How to transfer a paid license to another user?

I am the only one in our team has paid license. Now I need to tranfer the license to another colleague who will take over Smartsheet work.

Can anyone tell me how to transfer this paid license to her account? I cannot find a clear guidance in Help & Learning.

BTW, should I first transfer the ownership of our Workspace, then shift the license?

I manage a Legacy Collaborator Model: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2483482-admin-center-add-users

I would probably give permissions to workspaces in advance as you won't be able to once you lose your license.
