I'm trying to extract my Smartsheet backups, and I'm running into errors. It looks like all of the files that were extracted on or before 8/18 are fine, but the ones I have starting 8/25 aren't working. A couple of my coworkers are trying to redownload things on their end (different workspaces), and we're all getting similar errors (using different makes/models of computers to try to rule out hardware issues).
Were there any changes to the Smartsheet backups on the software side, or is anyone else having any problems with backups since on or about August 25?
