New sheet created from template. Automated workflows being doubled/duplicated.

When creating a new sheet from a template that has automated workflows, the newly created sheet is duplicating each workflow.

The result is that when using a template each automation is duplicated, resulting in double row copying, double notifications, etc. This seems to be a new behaviour as our team has been using these same templates and sheets for years without the duplication issue.

See example:

1. Sheet is saved with 3 automated workflows.

2. Detailed view of the worfklows

3. Sheet is saved as a template

4. See newly created template

5. "Use Template" to create a new sheet

6. Newly created sheet has 6 automated workflows

7. Detailed breakdown of workflows. Each workflow has been duplicated.
