I dont know what im doing wrong here, im trying to count anything with Mentoring and if Q1 is found
=COUNTIFS({RelatedGoalWoW}, HAS(@cell , "Mentoring")) + COUNTIFS({Quarter}, HAS(@cell , "Q1"))
=COUNTIFS({RelatedGoalWow}, "Mentoring", {Quarter}, "Q1")
This has worked for me if "Mentoring is found in the same row as "Q1". Is this what you were looking for?
