We have a Service Account (that we use to set up all our Smartsheet/Jira workflows. Intermittently, when logged in as that user, we are unable to select any Smartsheet from the dropdown list (see image).
The Service Account is a Sys Admin as well as a Jira Admin in Smartsheet, and is a licensed Member. It is an org admin in Jira (though there doesn't seem to be an issue connecting to that an pulling a list of projects).
This is happening on my computer while I am in the office, and happens on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, even in a private window. I also had a coworker try it from her laptop while working from home on a different network, and it happened on all browsers for her, too.
Both of us can log in as ourselves on all these same browsers and pull the list just fine. But that is far from ideal as we don't want to be the ones getting all the ticket notifications, nor do we want to have to worry about rebuilding flows if someone leaves the company.
It is intermittent. I had been working with support to determine the cause and it suddenly corrected itself and I was able to complete the new flow I needed. But now we need another and it has started happening again. It just spins and spins and never pulls up any existing sheets. It WILL let you create a new one, but that is also not ideal as the sheet has already been created with all necessary details, automations, forms, etc.
Has anyone else run into this?
