Notification Bell Shows Alerts but No Notifications Appear

Has anyone else encountered an issue with the Smartsheet Notification Center where the red badge on the bell icon doesn’t clear? Mine has been showing “2” unread alerts for several days, but when I click on the bell, the panel says I’m all caught up with no notifications to review. I’ve already checked for update requests, reminders, and workflow alerts, but nothing exists. I've cleared my cache and logged in/out of Smartsheet

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

Strange! Have you also tried another browser, the Smartsheet App, and the browser in Incognito/Private mode?

If you haven't already done so, please submit a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

Andrée Starå , thank you so much for your reply and for offering suggestions—I really appreciate your support. I tried accessing Smartsheet in Incognito mode, and the notifications still appeared, so I’ll go ahead and submit a support ticket.
