Can we run the request for update to include all the rows that applied to one condition?

We want to know if it is possible to send request for update in one email, but with multiple rows at the same time. For example, staff A has 4 open referrals, I want to send one request for update automatically to them where they will receive only one email without having to overload them daily with all the open referrals instead of 4 separate email, it will be one email daily.

Yes, as long as they are triggered simultaneously and part of the same Workflow, and the Placeholder* rules are ok, they will be grouped in one email, where you can open it and navigate from one request to the next.

*Placeholders will generate separate notifications when used with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows, provided that six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
