Can I have a form create new sheets with each submission?

Hello! I am trying to create a form that everyone on my team can use to gather contact information from clients. The preference would be for each form submission to create a new sheet since each one would be for a different client.

We found that Microsoft Forms will allow us to do this, but it doesn't look as polished.

Can I do this with a Smartsheet form?

I have a business account, with no control center. I assume that means it's a control center function?

Yes, Control Center is a premium add-on. Your other option would be either the Smartsheet API or a third-party service like Zapier or a similar one.
