Does anyone other than Smartsheet's own customers answer this POS community? If so, does support for this product even exist???????????

While most of the answers are from SS customers..(the community), one of the SS employees named Travis replies from time to time. https://community.smartsheet.com/users/travis
As for support, if you need to get an answer diretctly from them, just email them at support@smartsheet.com
They've always responded in 24 hours to me.

The community is monitored by our team and we often particpate in the conversations/idea exchange.
82% of first responses are customers sharing knowledge with each other -- but for direct support, anyone can submit a request directly to our support team at http://help.smartsheet.com/ (see 'Submit your question') under Contact Us on that page.
We are working to merge our support site with the customer community so that there is a single site from which to get support and interact with fellow customers.
Hopefully that will result in an experience that doesn't elicit an unfavorable reaction.
