Problem Solved... I was using the wrong column names. That's what I get for not paying closer attention to what was going on. Sorry for the delay.

Hey there Stephanie,
I saw you had mentioned me in a comment on the sheet, but I no longer have access to it. In reference to your question...
As long as the appropriate column header is used in the formula, it will always look for whatever is in row 15 to compare against in your master sheet. So if A15 is "Supplier 1", the formula will do the counting for all rows in your master sheet where the supplier is Supplier 1. If you were to change A15 to "ABC Co", the formula will do the counting for all rows in your master sheet where the supplier is ABC Co. Likewise for B15, C15, D15, etc... Whatever column you have that formula in, it will look for the supplier name in row 15.

After building the rest of the columns I needed I thought maybe this could be structured another way, but I don't know if it's possible with Parent/Children relationships. I want to capture the same metrics for every Supplier, based on month/year. I made this and I am wondering if I can link these up using formulas?
i.e. number of PO's received will look at the source data, look for the Parent Name (Supplier 1), and if it sees any entries for the month of 1 and the year of 2019, it'll count them?
