Cell History
Hi
I am aware that you can view a cell history - is there a way to export an entire sheet and look at all cell history?
The log doesnt provide enough data.
What we are trying to do is track the history of a cell to track when it was first inputted to when it reaches its final stage in the sales process?

Hi Abbie,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
As a workaround, you could use the third-party service called Zapier.
Also it could be possible with the API.
Would any of those options work?
Have a fantastic day!

Has anyone tried this with API yet?
Also Andree - do we know if such an idea exists, and is there a way users can vote for it?

There is a cell history option. To get to the level of sophistication your process would require, I think you will need a lot of custom development. But at a high level, you would specify the sheet, get the specific cells and then parse the history of all of them. Then you could analyze the data according to the specific business requirements.

@abbie.smith90 This might help you as well! ??
Hi Uma,
Depending on your specific need we could maybe structure this with Automations and a Workflow to copy the rows automatically to another sheet and have the information added/stored and then use that to check the history.
Make sense? Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
