Hi @SOC Compliance !
Try this:
=SUMIF([Start Date]:[Start Date], =DATE(2022,2,1), [Total Crew Required]:[Total Crew Required])

Hi @SOC Compliance ,
I may be oversimplifying this, but have you tried using "2022" instead of "22" as the year within your date? I haven't ever tried just using the two-digit year, so I'm not sure how it works.
Let me know if that fixes it!
Best,
Heather
