Widgets need option to be locked on the grid in edit mode. That way when new widgets are created and moving around it doesn’t rearrange your layout unintentionally.

It would be great to have the ability to lock widgets in place. While it is helpful to have the dynamic move, often I am happy with a set-up as I move other features around. By locking individual widgets or group them I could make adjustments with out getting frustrated.
Agreed! Locking widgets in place would be very helpful. Widgets sometimes FLYYYY out of place during editing.
I am surprised this hasn't received more votes. It is frustrating that you sometimes have to rearrange an entire page to add one widget to the layout grid.
One thing that I find extremely frustrating with dashboards is that new widgets are always on the bottom, causing me to have to drag it to the desired position. This always wreaks havoc on my existing widgets. Everything gets skewed while dragging the new widget into position.
There needs to be a way to lock widgets into place so they don't go flying around the dashboard, or (even better) determine the place you want the new widget to drop into and create it in the correct place.
100% Agree! We really need a lock fuction in place for Dashboard - unnecessary time is wasted in constant reformatting because everything shifts when you add a new widget. it's highly frustrating when building a new dashboard with a lot of widgets !
Based on my experience, using a mouse while editing dashboards does help with better control and positioning, but it’s not a complete solution. A widget lock or layout lock feature would go a long way in improving efficiency and user experience
In the Resource Management Plan Settings in Control Center, there is no way to link the Client and Project Code fields even though they are not Custom fields and part of the first 3 fields you enter when creating a new project. I can't select them in the Custom Resource Management Information Fields because they are not…
I’d like to see user analytics for WorkApps. I’ve checked the user report available in the Collaborator Pack, but it only shows how many times someone has clicked into the WorkApp each month. I’d like to know: Which resources (dashboards, sheets, forms, etc.) are getting the most traffic? Where are people spending their…
Since the license model has changed, the option to Share should default to VIEW, not EDIT. The View option allows less-experienced users to share that way by default, and share as Edit only when needed. This allows for less cleanup during true-up. This also prevents users from adding provisional licenses unknowingly.
