Is there a way to set the display order of widgets when viewing via a mobile device? When devloping sights what looks good on a desktop quite often displays out of order on mobile screeens of a different aspet ratio.

I have a Sight that I built for a customer to view and interact. Is there a way to set there view by Log In. I.E. customer logs in and they see the projects and data they are assigned to. I have been told that this is not supported. Anyone have any ideas?
