Firefox and Dashboard full screen button

Hi,

I'm trying to look for the settings with regards to the dashboard full screen button.

My Firefox is stating that "Full screen mode is disabled by your browser" and I can't seem to find where to enable it.

Btw, my problem is not the standard F11 browser full screen but the full screen mode of the dashboard on the Smartsheet Web app.

Hello,

This is definitely a browser setting of some kind. Try starting firefox in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

If you're not getting the issue in safe mode, then a browser extension is interfering with Smartsheet. Disable your browser extensions one-by-one to see which one is interfering with your ability to go full screen.

If you still experience the issue in safe mode, please reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot further.
