Comments for Conditional Formatting
When creating conditional formatting, it would be helpful to have a Comments field where you could add context on what the formatting is indicating, and why it is doing it. This is helpful when you have multiple people that manage the conditional formatting. See the attached photo for a mock-up of this idea.

Please don't embed javascript print dialog box code in pdf creation
Hi Smartsheet, Can you please NOT include javascript code in the .pdf creation? I don't need to print every time I open a SS .pdf, nor do I want to close that dialogue box. Random Number Function
Add a random number function, its 2023 and this functionality is basic in spreadsheets and has been around for 30 years. It is really incredible Smartsheets doesnt have this functionality.

Open Sheets in New Tab/Window from Reports
In a report, we have a column that links to all the project sheets that have been pulled in. When you click a link, however, it opens it in the same window, so you lose your place in the report. It would be great to have an option to click it and open in a new window or a new tab instead.

Error 1133 - Pivots
"Pivot Error 1133 says 'Column titles are not unique' but doesn’t show which columns conflict in the output. Even with unique input columns, aggregation naming causes silent failures. Please surface the exact conflicting pivot header (e.g., 'Sum of Priority' vs 'Count of Priority') in the error message."

Pie Chart Color Consistency
When adding statuses in a drop-down menu, having the option to assign a color so that when you create pie charts all the status legends are the same. Or having some feature to make sure your legends were consistent.

Data Shuttle Connect to Sharepoint List
Data Shuttle is able to connect to Sharepoint now but it would great if it was possible to use Data Shuttle to connect to Microsoft Lists within the Sharepoint site and not just a file on the Sharepoint site.

Export Timeline View
Timeline is such a good feature, with a straightforward entry, as well as color edit. What isn't available is being able to export it on to PowerPoint or Excel. When is that coming?
