Hello - I have just read a post from the community board last year (5/19/2024) where Smartsheet users were asking about embedding a form into an Outlook email - and not as a link but copying the finished form into the email.
I would also like to endorse this feature. I'm not sure if this can be done because of the features that are within the form (such as check boxes, drop-down lists etc). But if this was an option, it would be awesome!
BTW…when you google if a form can be added into Outlook, Google AI comes up with "it can" and directs people to the Smartsheet for Outlook add-in. However this is referring to adding an Outlook email into a row within a sheet, not embedding a form into an Outlook email - just an FYI.
