I would like be able to search for users without having to know which group that they belong to.

Custom Number Formatting in cells
It would be great to have a way to format cells to a specific set of numbers/symbols. For US social security numbers, they are always formatted the same (i.e. 123-45-6789). By not allowing that formatting, it creates just a long thread of numbers and it's hard to tell if someone has accurately entered the correct number.
