Resource Management - Option to add "Number value" in People custom fields

Hi,
I have added People custom field "Holiday days" which shows how many days are available for each member. Now the only possible value is "Text" which makes impossible grouping from highest number to lowest to understand which person has most number of holidays. System understands that number 4 has higher value than 39, because it considers the value only from first character.
An upgrade with possible value 'Number' would be great!
