Improve Dashboard Visualization when there is no Data for Charts

Hello, I have created some Dashboards for Projects Management Reporting.

I added some charts for example to show if there are any Projects asking for Management support, or listing items which are in Red status.

When there is no project under that status, the report linked to that Chart shows no data (which is correct) and the chart says "Unable to display chart…"; I would like to just have the chart empty, but do not show that legend because the Dashboard looks ugly and it seems like there is an issue with that chart.
