Alert with custom time
On the Alert feature, will there be a custom feature when the reminder or e-mail be sent out? Some staff that I work with start at 5 AM and some leave at 5 PM. It would be great if the reminders will be sent when they walk in and/or an hour before they walk out of the office. Thanks

Notification only when their name appears
We have A LOT of data we use smartsheet for and it is easy to miss something with our collaborators. I would like to be able to set notifications only when their name is assigned something and not when the entire column of "assigned" changes. Any way to do this?

Is it possible to change the weekends to Fri/Sat for daily update reminders?
I've already setup my account to Fri/Sat weekends but when I select Update Reminders > Daily > Weekdays it sends them from Mon-Fri

Latency and Speed
Have become unbearable on Smartsheets. Perhaps the program is limited to small applications. Regardless, I have gond back to Excel. I use IE and Edge. I have found that Chrome is faster, but it has other problems. I do not have the time in myh life to watch a non-responsive product.

Is there a way to make my folder structure setup the default for everyone on our account?
Thinking of this like file explorer so that all of the sheets are organized rather than in one long list for the users I add / share sheets to throughout the team. thanks
