Add users error "Business Rule Violation"

What happens to user access when an account is deleted?
We have slowly been reducing our usage of Smartsheet since the changes in the billing. We may be able to delete our account completely in the next year. Does anyone know if the users in our account will lose access to sheets on other accounts if we were to delete our account?

Add Premium Application Control to Add User in the True Up Page
The new way to add users via True Up page does not contain options for Premium Applications. Please add this functionality before Nov 6th. Having to navigate back to the User Role page to deselect apps defeats the purpose of the 'one unified view'.
