Exclude cells with no data?
What function can pull this math but only for cells which have the date in it? I'm just trying not to see an invalid alert on everything - only some projects will have data in the cell referenced for WORKDAY.

Rearrange Home Page to Clearly Show Shared With Items
Home page should show "shared with you", "owned by you", "frequently opened", "favourited" and/or pinned sheets/documents. The current "suggested for you" seems to create much confusion in my team as to what they do and don't have access to. Maybe even include some upcoming reminders in the home page or pending requests.

Unable to transfer ownership of specific Smartsheet items

The ability to Copy Cell Values instead of just the formula
This will prevent all sorts of crazy work arounds when all your trying to do is copy a value generated by a formula onto another sheet. EX. Creating a formula to create a value that you want to use to create a reference sheet.
