Why are we unable to resize anything within the Browse menu?

Why is Delete Row Greyed out?
I can delete individual rows, but when I select multiple rows its greyed out. I use many automations in some of my sheets and although there is sorting and filtering options to navigate between them (and I number my automations to help) it would be great to have a function where we can group them into folders or similar for ease of use.
