Individual Days Off
Is there a way that I can schedule individual days off and have them reflected in my Gantt charts? I know the options are available for across the board, but what about individual vacation days. Thanks!

Vacation/Out of Office causes resource over allocation?
I hope someone can help me out here, or tell me how they approaches this :) In my department we have some issues when people are on a project and then going on vacation or out of office, it will show as if the person is 185% over allocated. RACI Template
Hoping someone can help steer my in the right direction! IN the project managemet tools there is mention of an RACI template however when I log in it does not seem to be there? Am I looking in the wrong area or is this some secret enterrise level only template... Thanks Nik

I am trying to create an alert formula. I need to contact people every 15 days. I have one cell that states "Last contact" and the date, another that states "Next contact"and the date, the third cell, I would like it to state "Contact" in red. Can anyone help me formulate the "Contact" cell?

Kanban: Delete Columns / Edit Column Values
Can you delete some of the default fields in a Kanban if you are hoping to use it in a nontraditional way (e.g. assigned, size, etc.) Addendum: not finding how to delete any fields actually, even those manually created. Addendum #2: not finding any way to update column values after they've been created. I'm striking out!
