Project Team Resource Allocation
Hi, Can anyone share how they're tracking their teams resources? The resource allocation is great however, it only allows me to show one team member not multiple per task. In addition, I'd need this information for executive reporting to support my teams concerns of being over allocated across projects. Thanks!

Proposed solution: to create "dummy" tasks in case multiple resource are assigned to a single tasks, sounds very amateurish for a great professional product like Smartsheet. Are there any plans to add ability to assign multiple resources to a single tasls like MS Project?

Assign a task to more than one person?
Is there a way to assign more than one person to a task without having to create a whole new separate row or splitting the task into multiple tasks? It seems a bit messy to do so if I have a lot of tasks that will need multiple resources.

Multiple people assigned to one task
If I have multiple people assigned to a task, could I create two "assigned to" columns (each with a slightly different name) and still use the notifications and reminders without issue? That would prevent me from having to create two duplicate tasks when I want to assign to multiple parties.

I have imported a checklist from excel, set it up as a Gantt (transposed columnar hierarchy,) put in predecessors, and durations. No bars appear on the chart. What's up with that?
