Conditional Formatting Cell Level

Hi,

I need help or guidance in Conditional Formatting at CELL Level not all rows or all columns.

For example: if the % is Below 30 its RED, 30 - 80 its Yellow and 80 + is Green.

Please see attached the photo for more clarification.

Try this:

You might have to play around with the settings to get it exactly to do what you want. You would then create a copy of these for all other columns.
