What is the best approach for using discussions?

File Name Date Format Changed on Merge

Setting alerts in Smartsheet
Is it possible in Smartsheet to set alerts in the way that I will get a specific columns in email notification as I can do it when I send a raw to somebody? I don't want to see whole information from rows in my email notification but only specific one. Looking forward to hear from you.

I was wondering if anyone had a project sheets that they use in a portfolio tracking scenario that they would like to share.
