File Name Date Format Changed on Merge

Why did the file name format change when merging to a pdf? (See screen shote below) - Is there any way to change it back? I want the year first like it was. I didn't change anything in the document or the sheet. TIA

    Hi Shirley, I am not quite sure what I am looking at. Could you give a little information about where these files came from and how they are named and what triggered them to be renamed?
