Drop down list central location?
Is there a way to have a drop down list used across multiple sheets refer to a centralized location for the list? That way if the list needs to change, it can be changed in one place and seen everywhere it is used.
How To View Projects To Which I Am Allocated
Is there a way to see all of the projects to which I am allocated? In Resource Views, I can see that a resource is allocated a certain % to 'Other Sheets' but cannot tell which ones as they have not been shared. I'd like to have these resources tell me which 'Other Sheets' they are allocated to so that the allocations canโฆ
Diagrams & Visuals
Is there any way to take a task list from Smartsheet and create a live diagram from it like a Fishbone Diagram, for example? I basically would like to invert the hierarchy so that the details are on the left and the high level "goal" is on the right side, so my team can see a clear path towards completion.ย
Notifications On Per-Group Basis (Not Per-Person
When we add someone to our group, we have to go into every sheet (roughly 30, for us) that has notifications set up and add them to the notifications. It would be better if notifications could be set up by group & person, rather than by person only. Anyone else agree? Anyone find a work around? Thank you in advance!ย
AutoNumber starting with zero
I would like for the AutoNumber functionality to be able to begin with 0. It seems that is currently not allowed. For example, I have meeting minutes and the first row is the meeting date. The next row(s) are the actual agenda items. It would be great if the first row became AutoNumber 0 (Which I would then format withโฆ
Challenge with Attachments
I have been successfully attaching documents for many month now. As late as last night I successfully attached some spreadsheets. Now today when I go to attached the green status circle spins but then disappears and the document does not attach. Has anyone experianced this?

Autonumbering does not always work?
Hi there I have an order reference column set to auto number. It is prefixed by the date and then an autonumber for the order on that day. For one user the autonumber does not always seem to work, if he creates a new line it uses the same number as the line above. This means we end up with two identical order numbers. Forโฆ
