Good evening We have forms we created where one of our form entries is the name of the project. When we create a new project in smartsheet how can we make it so that the project is automatically included in the form dropdown so that we do not have to manually add the project to the drop down of every form? Hello, My office recently created an Internal Communications Intake Form on Smartsheet. The problem is, the column marked Today's Date seems stuck on Feb. 20, 2019. How can I fix it so that it will actually record the date when a project is inputted on our form? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
I was wondering if there is a way to have subtasks with fields that are different from the main tasks? We would like to use card view but have subtasks depending on the project that will have different criteria to meet than the main tasks.
Is it possible to block out certain dates with a date field in a form? For example, when the calendar comes up for March 2019, I don't want March 15 as an option. Is this possible?

I am trying to set an IF function to the At Risk column. I would like it to flag if the end date is within 2days or if the % complete task is less than 80%. Can someone help me set that function up? This is what I am putting in; =IF(AND([End Date]3 2>=TODAY() + 1, [% Complete]3 <.8) 1, 0)

I have a set list of statuses that I want to keep track of and collect durations. For example, when the status changes to Sent to Lab (Ongoing), I want it to record a date in the Sent to Lab column. I feel like it should be an easy thing to do I just can't get it right.
I am trying to have a sheet that reports multiple sheets. I have merged cells and that works but I am looking to merge a whole row of dates to a single cell with the most current date featured.
Our whole operation has ground to a halt as the cell limit of 500,000 has been hit. I reduced the number of columns such that the total amount of cells is now well under 500,000.
