There currently isn't a way for API to have an access to Sidebar Conversations just like in Sheet Conversations Tab in Smartsheet. It's tedious and consumes too much time to go manually and removing comments one at a time. Allowing API access would expediate this process for everyone and I'm sure is an issue that many customers face.
