Hi Team Recently in the new update we are able to add up to 5 destination sheets in the data mesh which has become very useful. In the same way will it be possible to allow adding multiple source sheets also in one mesh. This will be very helpful in reducing the number of meshes for a particular task
@Nitish K - this is a fabulous recommendation! The number of data meshes I have to create would drop dramatically. Please Smartsheet - jump on this product idea!!
Also, I want the ability to transfer the Owner! So many builds I may quickly try it on my own and then have to rebuild on the service account "for real" later, as I cannot have my name associated with making these data updates!
@Nitish K As a thought, you could combine the multiple sheets into a report and then use the report as a source for the DataMesh workflow!
Ideally, this would include being able to select a TAB on a Google sheet rather than only the first TAB.
@Dan Thomas is this a point of feedback for Data Shuttle and not DataMesh? Google Sheets can be a source for Data Shuttle but not DataMesh (and Data Shuttle does give you the option on the source selection page to choose the tab number of the Google Sheet that you'd like to use).
Great idea! Being able to choose multiple input sources for a datamesh would cut down on the number of datameshes that I have to create and would make it much easier on me when I need to update things, only having to go into one location instead of multiple.
