We added an external email to the "Client" role in Workapps, but the client tried to access Workapps before it was published. A few hours after publishing and they are still getting an error message.
They urgently need access - any idea how to fix this? And avoid in the future?
We did test adding other external emails (our private emails) to make sure there was nothing wrong. For our emails access worked.
Error Message: Sorry but we are having trouble signing you in. Your administrator has configured Smartsheet to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed user <email> is blocked because they are not a direct memeber of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
