My Business Plan disappeared?

I have been working in Smartsheet for years, just paid by business plan invoice in April so I know my account is active, work in SS daily, but signed on yesterday and my account and sheets, reports, everything is gone and it looks like I just started a basic free plan. but everything is gone!

what happened? how can I fix it or who can i talk to to find out.

@BBelow is it possible you have signed into the wrong data center? There are 3 to choose from US, EU and AUS.

If your account is in US your data is stored there.

But if you sign into AUS or EU it will be like you have no assets (sheets or workspaces).

Sign out and sign in again but check what location you are choosing. I am in AUS but my data is in US.
